At Statice Floral, we understand that there are infinite design styles, visions, and objectives when it comes to planning your wedding. But what we are mindful of even more, are the intangible elements that set the tone and create inspiration for the original composition we create for you.

Throughout our design process, we will discover the elements that make your event or special day unique, that are important to you, and which enliven your vision. We strive to make each event original and memorable. We take our time in developing an individual design just for you and specialize in distinctive weddings and celebrations.

Happily Ever After
Your creative journey begins with a design consultation in our Lakewood studio. We encourage you to share your dreams and inspiration and allow us to conceptualize the overall look, feel, and cohesiveness of the event.
Our personalized consultations are conducted in-person or on the phone, based upon our client’s preferences to accommodate their busy schedules. Our in-person consultations generally last about an hour and are with our owner/creative director at our showroom in Lakewood. At the initial consultation, we review our bride’s floral vision, needs and budget, discuss the venue, show samples of our work and give our creative input.
We ask that our brides come to their initial consultation with as much information as possible including Pinterest boards, fabric and color swatches, magazine tear outs, and any other ideas that help us better understand what they are envisioning. Some brides come to us with very little in the way of inspiration and we are happy to offer our guidance and creative input. Just as each wedding is distinctive so is our customized design.
Detailed Proposal & Design Board:
Approximately one week following our initial consultation, we provide our brides with a detailed proposal and accompanying, personalized design board. This outlines everything we’ve discussed at our consultation.
Together, we fine tune and figure out exactly what we will create
at a price point that is comfortable. you
Deposit & Contract:
Once we finalize, a brief contract will be sent requesting a deposit (10%). The balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Keep in mind that we can change anything and everything up until 30 days prior to the event.
Design Session & Centerpiece Mock-up
Once booked, we will schedule a design session to fine tune the details of the event. We can even offer a mockup of the centerpiece of your choice. This will help you see all your flowers together with your linens and other rental items.
From where we order the flowers, to just the right linen, we will ensure each individual element makes it all come together beautifully.
The Day Of: Delivery & Setup
We create your personal flowers fresh, just before you have your photography scheduled. We can deliver wherever you like. i.e. your hotel, your venue, or the park.
When we have access to the space, we set up your ceremony and reception florals. We will take care of everything! We will pin on corsages and boutonnieres. Set up your ceremony flowers and then take care of every detail at your reception. From setting up ceremony décor such as arches, to paying attention to every detail of your reception tables. We will even place your flowers on your cake! Leave it to us, we will handle all the details.
The Day Of: Break Down
At the close of the evening a team will go to break down all floral and décor as necessary within the time window given If you like, we can price accordingly so that you may take the flowers home with you. Alternatively, we have partnered with local nursing homes, to donate the flowers.
